Maintaining the Hospital We Built at Marie Curie

#We have built a Hospital. Together. A Hospital where children with severe diseases are already being treated in the oncology, neurosurgery and surgery departments, in the ICU and the 5-OR operating theater. A Hospital built using international standards regarding technology, construction and installations.

The hospital needs maintenance in order to ensure that it runs optimally, following the excellency standards used to build it. Dăruiește Viață offers the annual maintenance of the building and all installations - electric, thermal, HVAC, ventilation, etc. 

Maintenance activities:

• Maintaining the building and equipment (e.g. automatic / sliding doors)
• Ensuring the presence of 3 individuals available to intervene on location (project manager, electrician and plumber)
• Post-accident service, after being notified by Marie Curie Hospital or the Dăruiește Viață team
• Planned maintenance for the following installations: smoke extraction, ventilation, thermal, HVAC, sanitation, fire extinguishing, electric, fire detection and signaling
• Planned maintenance for the following systems: access control, nurse call, sound and clocks, voice and data network
• Planned maintenance services for the BMS (Building Management System) system

The planned maintenance activities are performed according to a calendar agreed upon with the service supplier and Marie Curie Hospital, by technicians specialized in each type of intervention.
